Located in Kota Warisan, Sepang, the development is a 4-star luxury hotel for the branded chain, which boasts 15-storeys of 253 guestrooms served by recreational facilities, a 400-pax ballroom, and retail spaces.

In addressing the site’s level differences, the hotel is designed with its entrance and grand lobby on the 1st floor, and the ballroom on the 2nd floor, connected by an internal ramp. The hotel is orientated to maximize surrounding views for guestrooms and ensures privacy from neighbouring developments. The retail spaces are amassed in a 4-storey block attached to the hotel block. A sunken car park serves the hotel and introduces sustainable design principles including cross-ventilation and greenscapes.
